As we ascend to even greater summits and continue to shape an innovative future, we are currently in search of an exceptionally skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead projects from scratch.
• Design, build, and maintain microservice-based backend systems.
• Ensure the application is secure and adheres to best practices.
• Manage technical debt and maintain clean, maintainable code.

Main Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a backend software engineer.
• Proven experience working with enterprise-level applications.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing applications using microservice architecture.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Nest.js.
• Solid knowledge and proven experience working with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Familiarity with security best practices and experience implementing applications according to these practices.
• Experience with Redis and various caching strategies.
• Experience with gRPC for communication between services.
• Strong knowledge and experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, Kafka, etc.).
• Strong understanding of different architectural approaches and their trade-offs.
• Experience in developing and supporting high-load applications.
• Experience implementing two-factor authentication (2FA) and role-based authentication.
• Experience working with Logstash or similar logging tools.

Would be a plus:

• Experience transitioning from a monolithic architecture to microservices for a live application.
• Experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Knowledge or certification in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
