Senior Backend (Node.js) Developer (Manifest) in Boosters (by Genesis)

We are currently looking for a Senior Backend (Node.js) Developer to join the Manifest team. The main goal of this role is to create the Manifest web platform backend from scratch, maintaining the quality backend infrastructure of our mobile application. Manifest is a product for women that helps them change their lives for the better. It includes not only a mobile app with affirmations and motivation, but also a broader transformation plan that helps women focus on their desires and goals. The team's goal for the next 2 years is to become the number 1 transformative product for women in the world by expanding product capabilities and providing a deeper user experience. Your area of ​​influence: Development of the backend part of Manifest products; Selection of optimal technologies on the project, taking into account business needs and team specialization; Optimization of development processes. For this you will need: 3+ years of experience in backend development (Node.js); Experience in designing, implementing and launching full-featured web applications; Experience in working with mobile applications; Experience in horizontal application scaling; Deep knowledge of algorithms and data structures (PostgreSQL , DynamoDB). Understanding their advantages and disadvantages, the ability to choose the optimal one for current needs; Knowledge of software architecture & system design; Experience with CI/CD systems, knowledge of UNIX (AWS Cloud, Docker, Docker Compose, etc.); Successful implementation of best practices (tests, grafana , prometheus, sentry, and other performance metrics); Experience with Redis (or similar databases for caching); Experience with Git.
