Project description:

The company is a leading provider of Caps, Plugs, Grips, Tapes, Tubing, and Netting for various industrial applications, relying on an efficient infrastructure to track products, materials, prices, orders, and shipments. Despite evolving with changing technologies, the system has become complex and error-prone over time. This project aims to incrementally rewrite the system for improved stability, modernization, and readiness for upcoming features. Company, with over 41 years of experience, specializes in manufacturing quality Dip Molded Vinyl, Injection Molded Plastic, and Rubber Caps, continually expanding its product lines to include Polyethylene Plastic Caps and Plugs, offering a wide range of solutions for different markets. The project is a complex system built over a long period of time, and some technology may be outdated. However, the customer is aware of that, open to suggestions, and wants to make it modern.

Project Team: DoE, Architect, Business Analyst, QA Engineer, Magento Developer.

Interview steps: technical Interview, call with customer.

Qualifications:

6+ years of working experience as .Net Developer;

Solid experience with basic Azure services (Azure SQL, App Service, etc.);

Solid experience with SQL databases both on-premises and in the cloud;

Basic understanding of network architectures and protocols;

Basic understanding of on-premise infrastructure setup;

Experience with system integrations, including both internal and external platforms;

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills;

Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools(Azure DevOps);

Familiarity with ERP systems and their operational dynamics will be a plus;

Experience with EDI in the E-Commerce domain will be a plus;

Knowledge of front-end technologies and cloud platforms is beneficial;

Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and their integration into web and enterprise environments will be a plus;;

English level: Upper intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

Identify and fix bugs, refactor code for better performance, and develop new services/features in line with business needs;

Research and integrate new technologies to enhance system reliability and performance;

Oversee the deployment of new releases and updates, ensuring minimal downtime and monitoring for issues post-release;

Work closely with cross-functional teams, create thorough documentation, and share knowledge within the team;

Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot user issues, and conduct regular maintenance.
