With just $2,000 in savings, the two bootstrapped the company to $25 million in ARR - and profitably - in just 5 years. They then raised $325 million of venture funding, rapidly scaling the business to 200+ people and >$100 million in ARR. Few people on this planet have our combination of direct experience, determination and young energy.Accounting in 10 years from today will look very different, and we're proud to create this future!What You Bring:6+ yrs of total backend software development experience incl. testingExperience managing software development complexity long-term in a business-logic heavy projectExperience launching products from start to finish (incl. building CI/CD)Experience with building and testing APIsExperience with database management systems, SQL, ORMs, and data migrationsExperience integrating with various 3rd-party, preventing negative outcomes and managing unexpected risksExperience deploying AWS servicesStrong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with great attention to detailWillingness to work hard and ship product at high velocity, especially on FridaysLanguages: agnostic; bonus for any Python experience incl.
