Position Overview:

We seek a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with a robust understanding and hands-on experience in  smart contract development . Our flexible work environment offers PART-TIME (50%) or consultancy opportunities for professionals looking to contribute to our projects.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for Senior Backend Developer who has:

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer, preferably within the FinTech sector;
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages: Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Domain Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and related financial technologies;
• Extensive practical experience in developing, deploying, and managing smart contracts;
• Familiarity with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or similar.
• Technical Skills:
• Proven ability to work on technical projects, with a solid grasp of API analysis and solution design;
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms;
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and NoSQL), and version control tools (e.g., Git);
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Analytical Mindset:
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Communication:
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player:
• Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment;

• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a  Senior Backend Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems focusing on smart contracts;
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic;
• Develop and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms;
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications;
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software as necessary;
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers;
• Document development processes, architectures, and standard operating procedures;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and backend development.
