Senior Backend Developer in Candor Global Services

Full-time and fully remotely. Long-term cooperation. 2:30 pm — 11:00 pm GMT (Kyiv)We are seeking a dynamic Backend Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust back-end systems that support cutting-edge voice and text processing technologies. This role demands a high level of proficiency in backend development and a keen understanding of server-side programming.Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain scalable and efficient back-end systems.Implement complex algorithms and handle large data sets with a focus on performance optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various APIs and services.Ensure seamless data flow between the cloud infrastructure and our applications.Apply best practices for database management and security.Regularly update and maintain code repositories, ensuring version control and documentation.Desired candidates possess:Proficiency in backend programming languages, preferably in the Java ecosystem.Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and server management.Familiarity with integrating and managing third-party APIs, especially in telephony and voice processing.Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Experience with source control and repository management tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.Skills and Competencies:✓ Technologies: Primarily SQL✓ Frameworks: Spring Boot✓ Web: Kotlin/Java/PHP/HTML in priority order✓ OS: Linux/Windows✓ Other knowledge: API knowledge — leveraging APIs, building APIs, working with APIs; IE, GCP/Azure/AWSWhat we offer:Employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine (with full tax compensation) or PE;Grab your chance to join us and remember to send us your CV in English!
