Type: Hire Location: Remotely Start date: ASAP Responsibilities include but are not limitedto: Design, build and maintain backend Ruby onRails, Kotlin application. Execute end-to-end software development and deployment inanagile environment. Develop robust and secure RESTful APIs. Help improve, expand and maintain our acquisition, applicant and customer APIs. Write acceptance, integration and unit tests. Design and implement database schemas with afocus ondata consistency, integrity, and optimization. Optimize and maintain database performance for high-volume applications. Requirements: Experience asabackend developer with afocus onwith Ruby/Ruby onRails and RSpec orsimilar testing frameworks. Experience asabackend developer with Kotlin. Expertise with RESTful APIconventions. Proficiency inREST, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), OAuth, Basic Authentication, and PCIcompliance. Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc). Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration tools. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, orGCP). Experience with microservices architecture. Experience delivering and supporting Web based, Distributed and Multi-Tier architecture.
