Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, ES6+
• 4+ years of experience developing backend on Node.js
• 2+ years of experience building serverless applications on AWS, utilizing services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge/SNS and SQS
• Proficiency in using at least one deployment tool: AWS SAM, Serverless Framework, or Terraform
• Understanding of building event-driven applications, including approaches to achieve sync/async microservice communication and fault tolerance in distributed serverless systems
• Skilled in integrating with various third-party APIs via HTTP or SDKs
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new requirements
• Ownership mindset

Responsibilities:

• Guide and actively participate in the product development
• Implement new services and integrate with external APIs
• Find solutions to solve business cases in collaboration with other engineers and solution architect
• Have a desire to learn new services and expertise in domain
• Be able to work with estimates and contribute to project planning
• Engage in customer calls to collect technical requirements and suggest solutions for business challenges.

Would be a plus:

• AWS Certificate
• Deep knowledge of AWS DynamoDB, including single-table design, indexes, transactions, and streams
• Experience with AWS Cognito, AppSync, QLDB, or Kinesis Data Streams
• Experience in developing financial applications
