We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our Company. You should have the ability to create automation tests, be willing to work, and constantly grow.

About the project:

The German company focuses on smart meters with integrated sensors, enabling autonomous data transmission. These sensors include voltage sensors that offer consumption recommendations. The ongoing project aims to create a smart controller for these meters, providing customized data based on user access levels tailored for both inspectors and users.

You’ll be a valued member of the team. Your work will include direct communication with a client, so you should be confident in your communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building test automation framework (API);
• Building scalable decision based on common development principles;
• Developing of test automation strategy according to testing pyramid;
• Working with CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborate with team members on testing activities and estimation for test efforts;
• Work closely with the developers to ensure robust code quality with rigorous testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Test Automation;
• Solid experience with JavaScript (TypeScript), Сypress;
• Experience in integration testing (REST API);
• Experience with API testing tools (Swagger, Postman)
• Experience with databases and SQL;
• Experience with Test case management tools (TestRail);
• Experience with Linux (command-line);
• Experience in improving test policies and procedures;
• Experience in implementing or improving test automation frameworks;
• Agile experience in the end-to-end test cycle;
• Passion for testing;
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher;
• Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings.
