Senior Associate in Ovogene

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Lawyer to join our team in Bratislava, Slovakia, or Lviv, Ukraine. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer located in Lviv or Bratislava. The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for handling complex legal matters, providing legal advice and guidance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.

Main Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (service agreements, employment contracts, NDAs).
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents in the field of corporate law (consents, acts, regulations, responses to appeals).
• Support day-to-day legal activities of the company.
• Analyze and systematize legislation of other jurisdictions regarding areas important to the company.
• Provide legal support tailored to the specific business needs of departments or business units in other countries.
• Support the activities of a medical facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in a similar position in an international company.
• Excellent knowledge of contract, tax, and corporate law, as well as regulation of international business activity.
• Experience with English-language legal documents and the ability to draft and analyze corporate documents.
• Proficiency in drafting agreements.
• Experience in supporting the activities of a medical institution (preferred).
