Requirements: Education - higher Age - up to 45 years Military or special rank (not lower than "junior lieutenant") Working conditions: conclusion of a contract for 3-5 years; financial support according to the standards adopted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; possibility of transfer for active military personnel; possible execution responsibilities in the area of ​​hostilities. Duties: to control the status of personnel records in subordinate units, on ships, in military educational institutions, military units, compounds and military administration bodies and to periodically personally check the staffing of the troops; control correct display of the number of personnel in accounting documents and timely provision of reports on the composition and number of troops; conduct classes (meetings) with officials who directly keep records of the personnel: in military units, compounds - at least twice a year; in the military administration bodies — once a year; take measures to improve the personnel accounting system; conduct checks on the status of personnel accounting during inspections of troops, providing practical assistance and achieving a high-quality state of personnel accounting; monitor the work of special commissions for checking the status of personnel accounting personnel; control the provision of forms and personnel accounting books; take all measures to preserve accounting documents, especially in conditions of military operations.
