Your main duties:

• Generation of ideas and creation of concepts for advertising campaigns together with the team.
• Visual art direction: from idea to final creative product.
• Curating the work of designers and quality control of all visual materials.
• Presenting creative solutions to the internal team and clients.
• Tracking new trends in advertising, design, digital.

What we expect from you:

• Cool experience in the role Art Director in advertising agencies.
• Strong portfolio with implemented projects for big brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI-technologies.
• Leadership skills - ability to organize team work.
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate/Upper intermediate).
• Understanding the principles of branding, communication strategies and digital creativity.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
