We are regular participants in international conferences, our brands are respected and popular among customers. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Antifraud Manager. We are looking for a specialist with experience in the gambling niche who has a deep understanding of all processes within the company and can provide recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness of anti-fraud. Has strong analytical skills and knows how to fight fraudsters. We offer:Stable salary;Working hours from 10.00 to 19.00 (GMT+3)No micro-management and fast decision-making in the companyPaid sick leave and holidaysCool and creative gifts for holidays and important eventsOpportunity to participate in internal company events: open negotiations, product meetups, and soft skills training.Offer and implement your ideas for improving the department’s processes Main functionality:Analytics of players, search for bonus abusers, identification of vulnerabilities in games and bonuses;Analysis of issued bonuses, proposals for improving conditions, reducing the issue;Control of games allowed for bonus wagering;Search and closure of vulnerabilities in casinos;Maintaining blacklists of tagging players;Proposing adjustments to the loyalty program, float withdrawals based on newly detected types of fraud, float work with game providersClosure of betting fraud schemesRegular control of problem areas (daily, weekly, and monthly checks on risky areas) What we expect from you:1+ years of Antifraud experience in the gambling niche is a must;Knowledge of the main casino metrics (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate)Excellent knowledge of the market and competitors, experience in analyzing competitorsKnowledge of casino games and vulnerabilitiesExperience in creating bonuses and calculating the mathematics of wageringExperience in analyzing users' gaming sessionsExperience in searching for multi-accounts with high accuracyAnalytical skills (using Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and experience in presenting the results of your work in metrics and figures
