We are waiting for your resume for the vacancy Senior analyst of BSS systems Main work tasks: Participation in projects in the direction of ERP; Optimization of the company's existing business processes; Development and coordination of new business processes; Interaction with units performing business functions; Development of technical and supporting documentation; Analysis of process change orders or development of new processes within the framework of projects and tasks; Collection, analysis and summarization of requirements for changing settings/configuration of processes; Organization of system/functional testing; Participation in the preparation of analytical reporting of the division; Setting tasks for the implementation of functionality to the contractor's team; Interaction with contractors. You are our candidate if you have: Higher technical education; Work experience of at least 2 years as an analyst, business process optimization specialist; Experience of participating in projects to implement/modernize ERP systems; Knowledge of telecommunication technologies (OSS / BSS) ;Successful experience in the implementation of IT projects;Experience in developing technical and user documentation and setting tasks for the development of software products;Experience in conducting training and presentations;Experience in gathering requirements from business customers;Experience in describing, modeling, analyzing and optimizing business processes;Skills in modeling of business processes in any generally accepted notation; Competent oral and written language; English at the intermediate level (preferred); Activity, sociability, analytical mindset.
