To strengthen our team for providing consulting services regarding infrastructure, we are looking for a specialist who has a systematic approach to work, the ability to set priorities under limited time, has developed critical thinking, is communicative and easily establishes contact with teams, is responsible and organized.

• Collection, structuring and analysis of operational, financial and regulatory information related to projects and tasks
• Understanding customer requirements, co-developing an approach and delivering value to our customers through analytics, factual findings and advice.
• Identifying project needs regarding organizational development, operational constraints, financial needs, as well as finding and developing solutions to identified needs. 
• Participation in meetings and interviews for surveys and presentation of results
• Conducting market research and analysis of global practitioner
• Operational and financial, economic modeling and investment evaluation
• Participation in the preparation of recommendations and consulting on existing government policy and regulation related to infrastructure
• Writing reports, presentations and inquiries
• Virimanagement of administrative and communication issues of projects (at the level of working groups)
• Cooperation with related departments and teams within projects
• Project Team Management

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, business, finance, technology, mathematics and/or system analysis
• Experience of analytical work in the field of infrastructure (energy, transport, resources, social sector) from 3 years
• Ability to process financial and operational information regarding the activities of companies
• Experience in developing or verifying financial models
• Experience in preparing presentations and maintaining project documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and business skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in internal and external discussions;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both spoken and written

Would be preferred:

• Work experience in large system companies, management consulting, Big 4 firms, investment companies.
• Understanding of PPP models (including concession), JV, M&A, project finance, structures/contracts related to the infrastructure sector
• Business development experience -plans, strategies, market analysis
• Experience in performance evaluation
• Experience in using a project approach to work
• Skills of describing business processes
• In-depth skills of financial modeling, including design financing and other financing options for infrastructure projects
• Experience of cooperation with the public sector
• Understanding procurement procedures
• Experience in public policy development and infrastructure regulation will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders, including C-level .
• Availability of national and international certificates in financial analysis, accounting, investment evaluation, project management and other relevant areas.
