Vacancy in the structure of DTEK ENERGO

Main tasks:

• Automation and improvement of business processes, generation of reports and presentations of management reporting;
• Coordination of the work of various departments in the preparation and collection of input information, control of the terms of preparation of reports according to the business calendar and at the request of the management;
• Formation of management reports, factor analysis, description of deviations;
• Involvement to project work in the development of the financial function (analysis and optimization of processes, improvement of management reporting forms, etc.).

Necessary professional experience:

• Experience in organizing a budget process with a significant number of financial responsibility centers;
< li>Experience in developing/supporting models for assessing business financial results, potentials and losses;
• Experience in processing and analyzing large amounts of data, advanced analytical apparatus;
• Ability to form short conclusions based on analysis a large array of information;
• Experience in preparing presentation materials;
• Experience in setting automation tasks;
• Knowledge of the basics of operational management;
• Knowledge fundamentals of macro and microeconomics, financial management, statistics, math. analysis;
• Higher economic or financial education;
• Work experience of at least 3-4 years in similar positions in a large/medium-sized holding Company or production enterprises. Experience in Big-4 will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of national and international financial reporting standards.
