EY is looking for experienced professionals to participate in a wide range of tasks related to:

• assessment of the value of shares of capital, invested capital, fixed and intangible assets
• review of valuation reports performed by third parties
• financial modeling
• restructuring and capital optimization
• issuance of independent conclusions on the fair value and parameters of the deal

• providing support in court cases

Your main responsibilities:

• gathering and analyzing information necessary to complete a task
• working effectively as a team member by delegating responsibility, providing support, ensuring communication and keeping senior members informed of progress.
• building financial models
• writing reports, memoranda and presentations
• managing project team members

For this role you need to have:

• evaluation-related experience, including strong technical and communication skills
• experience development or verification of financial models
• excellent interpersonal and business skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in internal and external discussions;
• fluency in Ukrainian and English, both verbally and in writing

Would be preferred:

The presence of national and international certificates will be an additional plus
