Croatian council in the case ofx refugees (NRC)is an independent humanitarian non-governmental organization founded in 1946. We provide assistance, protect the rights and contribute to solving the problems of refugees, internally displaced persons and other persons affected by armed conflict. NRC began its activities in Ukraine at the end of 2014, supporting people affected by the conflict in the east of the country. We are now increasing our efforts in Ukraine and neighboring countries to provide assistance to people forced to flee their homes due to war.

Ukraine Analysis Hub
Analytical Center of Ukraine (UAH) ACAPS since March 2022 monitors the conflict in Ukraine and prepares timely, independent and high-quality analytical materials on the humanitarian situation. Since its inception, UAH has produced a comprehensive set of analytical materials, including in-depth analytical reports and datasets, scenario planning workshops, and trainings for Ukrainian humanitarian workers.
Today we are a team of 13 people, mostly Ukrainian analysts and support staff, working in-country to provide context-oriented, locally informed analysis and support to international NGOs and Ukrainian civil society organizations (CSOs).

ACAPS senior analyst plays a central role in shaping and ensuring the quality of analytical work of UAH. The position involves responsibility for overseeing the planning, production and methodological rigor of analytical products, as well as direct input in the form of analysis preparation and management. The incumbent supports the development and improvement of ACAPS methodologies, leads external capacity-building initiatives, and represents the Center through presentations and trainings for Ukrainian humanitarian organizations.
The Senior Analyst provides supervision and on-the-job training of team members under his/her supervision and promotes the professional growth of the entire team. He also plays a key role in supporting the team leader in networking, partnership and donor engagement. The senior analyst should act as a leading expert on the context of Ukraine within UAH and is a member of the hub's management team together with other senior analysts, a project manager and a civil society advisor. normal">Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the development, production and distribution of UAH analytical materials in accordance with the strategy and goals of the hub. Facilitating collaboration with other ACAPS teams (data services, editors, communications) to ensure consistency and quality. Evidence-based decision-making support in humanitarian activities through the synthesis and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information.
