Every day, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) ensures the safety of nearly 3,000 passengers. planes moving over Poland. The airspace we supervise and control has over 334,000 areas. km2 and is one of the largest in Europe.

The PANSA IT Office creates, develops and maintains systems and software for air traffic management in Poland and supports Air Traffic Controllers in their daily work. We are currently looking for a person for the position of Senior AI System Analyst

• experience and knowledge in the field of AI, machine learning, deep learning, data science and the use of these solutions in IT systems
• ability to identify new system opportunities related to AI
• ability to create Product visions for the next 5 years for a group/family of products using knowledge about AI
• experience in conducting strategic analysis using Data Science
• knowledge of issues related to System Architecture
• experience in managing requirements in a large IT project
• knowledge of process modeling techniques, e.g. UML, BPMN
• knowledge of error reporting and requirements tracking tools
• English B2/C1
• experience in working with the Agile methodology

[Advice on the possibility of using AI solutions and tools when creating systems for air traffic management, as well as those that will improve our daily work, Collaboration in creating product visions using new AI capabilities, Collaboration with the Architect in setting the direction for the development of a group/family of ATM systems (air traffic management), using new AI capabilities, Collaboration with Product Managers and Product Owners in creating and maintaining a roadmap of a group/product family, Analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources in order to extract relevant information that can be used to improve the performance of products/systems and services, Participating in the creation of high-level requirements for the system or groups/ families of ATM systems, in the context of AI, Promoting knowledge about AI among the PANSA team, searching for and implementing AI improvements in our daily work and training in AI tools]
