We are currently looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager/Affiliate Team Lead. Join the Atlim team and change the future with us! Your future duties: Coordinate the work of the affiliate team. Monitor the implementation of general and personal KPIs; Work with top partners. Engage in their support and maintenance, monitor activity; enter new markets. Conduct tests, search for partners; Interact and negotiate with partner networks and arbitration teams. Monitor the terms of cooperation, make the necessary changes; Participate in international conferences, prepare our PP for participation; Communicate with developers to solve technical problems; Engage in the strategy of development, promotion and increasing the attractiveness of our partner program. What we expect from you: You have successful experience in competitive niches Senior Affiliate/Team Lead at least one year, in general at affiliate at least 3 years; You know all the metrics and how to calculate them. You understand how to calculate the CPA tariff so that it pays off; you speak English at the B2 level. If you know some other languages, even better; you know how to communicate and negotiate effectively. You can negate negative situations; you have analytical skills, you can roughly calculate ROI without a calculator by looking at statistics.
