Senior Affiliate Manager (Gambling, Tier 1) in Novoplex

Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing. What will you do:• Forming the funnel of attracting new partners (developing the brand of the partner program, attending conferences, hunting partners, analyzing the web market, identifying new potential partners);• Onboarding new partners, testing their traffic ;• Analysis of traffic and its payback;• Scaling of current and reactivation of old partners, formation of long-term relationships. What is important to us:• 2+ years of work experience in the position of Affiliate/Business Development Manager;• Experience of working with in-house Gambling products;• Proficiency in English B2+ spoken and written;• Availability of own base of active partners from the AU/CA/NZ/DE markets, knowledge of top sources of traffic in these markets;• Deep integration into the SRA market (knowledge of competitors, affiliates, conferences);• Skills of working with Similar Web/ Serpstat/Ahrefs, Google Sheets;• Developed communication and sales skills;• Self-management skills, ambition and involvement;• Ability to analyze data, strategic thinking. What will be a plus:• Experience working in the Soft Swiss product;• Experience working with Tableau, Affilka.
