We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager, who can join our team and together with us make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing!

Your main tasks will be as follows:

- Support and communication with local and international partners: chats, forums, communities, conferences;

- Active search and involvement of partner networks and direct affiliates;

- Analysis of competitors and the ability to apply this analysis in practice to optimize traffic/partner program/product;

- Execution of own and corporate business plan;

- Analysis of the traffic of its partners for quality and monitoring of the fulfillment of targets KPI;

- Continuous search for new partners, search for new engagement channels;

- Conclusion of profitable deals;

- Traffic quality control;

- Monitoring the flow of traffic, its profitability and indicators;

- Conducting market research and development and analyzing trends;

- Generating new ideas to stimulate the project.

Our candidate has the following characteristics:

- Has experience working as an affiliate manager for 3 years or more;

- Oral and written communication skills;

- Understanding and practical skills in working with pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, CPM, CPC, RevShare);

- Understanding how correctly calculates and analyzes ROAS, ROI;

- Monitoring and analysis of affiliate market trends;

- Focus on results, systematic approach to tasks;

- Level of ownership in English — Upper-Intermediate and above;

- Ability to make decisions independently;

- Practical experience in multitasking mode;

- Responsibility, stress resistance, purposefulness, initiative.
