Role Overview:
Affiliate Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the affiliate marketing strategy for the brand.

Requirements:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing with emphasis on dating and adult.
• Portfolio of affiliates and partners and a network of connections.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics and marketing tools.
• Excellent understanding of affiliate networks and knowledge in tracking platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to affiliate marketing.
• Very high level of verbal and written English.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates that align with the brand and business goals.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with affiliates and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and ROI.
• Optimize affiliate campaigns based on performance data to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare detailed reports on affiliates performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments, such as sales and product, to ensure cohesive execution of affiliate campaigns.

Will be an advantage:
