Should have a minimum of 5+ years (L2) of hands-on experience in terms of delivery, design, architecting, and management of Messaging platforms including Exchange , Exchange Online, MS Teams & Skype .
Primary skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange architecture and all subcomponents.
- Strong Knowledge of O365 &Hybrid environment troubleshooting, tenant and subscription management.
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Mail flow, Queues, performance-related issues of Exchange Servers, Hybrid &O365 environment.
- Working Knowledge in AD , AAD connect , ADFS and Azure AD management & troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge in Hybrid configuration wizard, Migration process of on-prem to O365 .
- Strong knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Virtual directories connectors , Edge subscriptions & Certificate , MX/DNS records management.
- Strong Knowledge in DAG , Mailbox Database , Public folder management, backup & Recovery.
- Strong knowledge in managing Archives, journals, Retention policies & Settings.
- Good knowledge of SPAM filtering and relay server management.
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and DNS management .
- Good experience in reviewing & preparing technical documents, SOPs and Run books.
- Good understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) Concepts & Solutions.
- Good understanding of migration strategy to migrate the workloads across data centers
