Senior accountant in Inditex Ukraine

We are looking for a specialist for the position Senior accountant.

Main duties:

• Financial leasing according to IFRS 16.
• Conducting manual acts related to the lease.
• Conducting amortization deductions of the financial lease.
• Closing the tasks of the month related to the lease.
• Creating new contracts leases in SAP / updating the terms of current contracts.
• Calculation and carrying out accruals for variable leases.
• Contact with landlords during problematic situations, non-receipt of documents, etc.
• Control over the receipt/signing, archiving of documents related to rent and utility payments.
• Control and update of terms of lease contracts.
• Calculation and carrying out accruals of utility and other expenses.

• Maintenance of fixed assets (commissioning, internal movements, write-offs, etc.).

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as an accountant.
• Higher education in the field of accounting, finance, economics.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.
• Confident PC user.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures in Ukraine and IFRS.
