Senior accountant in SplendidScore Ukraine

The INDITEX Group company, which represents the following brands in Ukraine - ZARA, Zara Home, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, is looking for a specialist for the position of Senior Accountant.

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting financial leases according to IFRS 16.
• Conducting manual acts related to the lease.
< li>Conducting amortization deductions of financial lease.
• Closing month-end closing tasks related to lease. 
• Creation of new lease agreements in SAP /updating the terms of current agreements.
• Calculation and carrying out accruals for variable lease. 
• Contact with landlords during problematic situations, non-receipt of documents, etc.
• Control of receipt/signing, archiving of documents related to rent and utility payments.
• Control and updating the terms of lease agreements.
• Calculation and carrying out accruals of utility and other expenses. 
• Maintenance of fixed assets (commissioning, internal transfers, write-offs, etc.). >
• Experience as an accountant.
• Higher education in accounting, finance, economics.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.
• Confident PC user.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures in Ukraine and IFRS.
