Senior Account Manager – who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who will be a real partner for us in cooperation and development of the agency and our clients' businesses. The person we employ as a Senior Account Manager should not only implement projects on time and with the highest level of organization, but also listen to the needs of customers and contribute to the constant improvement of the service offered. Insights, provided byfor you and your clients are one of the key factors in the development and sale of agency services.
We are looking for an experienced negotiator, manager, binder and person with high interpersonal skills who feels the digital market and, just like us, wants to provide real business value to clients. Taking care of relationships within the company is a necessary condition - a positive atmosphere in the team is very important to us. 🙂
What do we expect from a Senior Account Manager?
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a similar position in an advertising agency implementing, among others: digital and social media projects or on the client's side (including close cooperation with other departments in the agency).
- Comprehensive management of marketing projects with various scopes and tools.
- Experience in the production of video spots and photo sessions.
- Knowledge of media indicators and the specificity of individual tools.
- Experience in creating technologies for landing pages and websites.
- Ability to work for clients from various industries and negotiate terms of cooperation.
- Awareness and understanding of market prices, ability to value projects.
- Interest in marketing trends.
- Multitasking – ability to coordinate and organize work in several projects at once.
- A relational and partnership approach to working with clients.
- Initiative, commitment and searching for new solutions influencing the development of the agency's clients, active up-selling.
- High interpersonal and communication skills, taking care of good relationships in the team, open to feedback and providing it constructively to other team members.
- Knowledge of English at least B1 level.
What could be your additional advantage?
