The Senior Account Director will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with the Tahzoo team to deliver creative solutions worldwide. Tahzoo's mission is to make millions of people a little happier every day by simplifying the customer experience through strategic innovation, experience design, and technology.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for TahzooDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfactionWork collaboratively with the Tahzoo team to deliver creative and technical solutions worldwideConduct research on industry trends and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategiesParticipate in proposal/SOW development and presentations to prospective clientsTrack and execute renewalsLead strategic sales cycles and initiativesConceive and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clientsManage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closingMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the MarTech industryDigital marketing knowledge including agency and technology strategiesDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsExperience engaging with a prospect’s/client's executives, preferably VP level or aboveCan successfully translate technology into business level conversations that bring value and uncover opportunity for our clientsAbility to develop the strategic goals and tactical plans necessary to identify, prospect and connect with targeted accountsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively about solutionsAbout Tahzoo:Experiences matter.As the architects for the experience age, Tahzoo crafts memorable moments for our clients’ customers.
