Our client is a Bolt representative office in Ukraine for connecting drivers and fleets. They are located in every corner of the country, and their offices are located in 20+ cities (in Warsaw, Krakow and Dubai, etc.).

Every day they expand their limits to guarantee comfortable working conditions and many pleasant bonuses. They are currently looking for a MANAGER to join the team.

1. Guaranteed rate from 30,000 to 40,000 UAH;
2. From month 3, we will develop KPIs, which we will prescribe together. Due to the performance of planned indicators, you will be able to reach 50,000 UAH, but this is definitely not your limit;
3. Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.but we all work for the result;
4. Working in a comfortable office, but can be combined with a remote format , by arrangement;
5. If you have the opportunity to visit our branches around the country, that's cool! Travel, accommodation and food are allocated;
6. We are looking for an initiative person, if you have an idea how to improve some process - we will definitely let you implement it;
7. The company currently employs 150 people;

Your 3 main areas of responsibility:

1. Car inspection on need for repairs and price adequacy of repairs;
2. Remaining analytics and logistics in warehouses, as well as checking whether it is really necessary to order spare parts upon request;
3. Checking prices for spare parts and STO works, search for alternative options.
