Senior 2D/3D Artist (Marketing Creatives) in Home Games

The Home Games team is looking for a talented Marketing Creatives Artist with advanced 2D drawing, 3D modeling skills and an interest in creating commercials or cutscenes. You will participate in projects, the results of which are seen by millions of people every day. What are the tasks (responsibilities)? creation of 2D and 3D graphics for video advertising: illustrations, backgrounds, objects in isometry, emotions and poses of characters; creation of icons, promos and screenshots of applications for stores; participation and initiation of activities to improve the quality and efficiency of creative production; independent search for references. What kind of professional are we looking for? experience of working in game or animation projects for 3 years or more; high level of artistic skills: skills in working with sketches and concepts; work with composition, tone, color, light, perspective, axonometry, isometry; skills of creating 2D graphics and rendering; ability to work with the environment; skills of working with ready-made graphics (emotions and poses of characters, finalizing ready-made assets, etc.) ; working experience and a confident level of mastery of Adobe Photoshop; experience of creating game-ready 3D models (modeling, UV scanning and texturing); a confident level of mastery of Maya / or Blender / or 3d Max and Substance Painter / or 3D Coat; basic knowledge of UI/UX. It will be a plus: the ability to work with Unity or other game engines (collection of prefab / setting up the camera, light, materials, collection of locations); experience of working with ZBrush; experience of working with AI (MJ / SD, etc.); experience of working in casual or animation stylistics; product expertise: experience in creatives, understanding of marketing quality, visualization of ideas taking into account the specifics of creatives; interest in the game industry. A good level of education in marketing creatives and games; a basic understanding of game design and game logic.
