Due to dynamic development, we are looking for a person for the position: SEM Specialist (regular / senior) Scope of responsibilities Independently running SEM campaigns (Google Ads and Bing Ads) for selected clients; Conducting and managing SEM campaigns for clients from various industries, including international brands; Support in strategic campaign planning and estimating the effects of SEM activities; Testing new Google Ads solutions, using beta versions of Google products; Campaign optimization according to designated KPIs; Reporting campaign results; Analyzing data, drawing conclusions and presenting recommendations; Contacts with clients, building relationships and advising clients in choosing solutions; Preparing presentations summarizing the activities carried out; Participation in tender processes. Our requirements Interest in development in the area of SEM and online marketing; Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - knowledge of formulas, knowledge of pivot tables, ability to present data aesthetically; Good knowledge of English - min. level B2; At least 1 year of experience in independently running Google Ads campaigns; Knowledge and ability to use the panel (Google Ads) and the Google Ads Editor; Experience in independently running campaigns in the Google search engine; Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and create recommendations; Strategic thinking - the ability to approach online campaigns strategically; Meticulousness and accuracy; Independence and responsibility for the assigned work; Commitment and focus on achieving goals; Ensuring the high quality of the work delivered; Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment; Good work organization; Knowledge of Bing Ads, Search Ads, Google Analytics will be an additional advantage.
