Do you feel that you can fit in like a fish in a dynamic environment? :) Be sure to read to the end and see what we can do together if you join us as a SEM Specialist YOUR TASKS: We will entrust you with independent strategy creation, planning and creation of campaigns in search engines (mainly Google Ads) and advertising networks for the agency's clients - we cooperate with the largest Polish and foreign brands from various industries, and performance is our specialization; You will run, monitor and optimize campaigns according to designated KPIs, as well as prepare reports and campaign analyzes with recommendations; On a daily basis, you will build positive relationships with clients: by providing consultations, conducting presentations, participating in business meetings or simply preparing offers for potential clients; We count on you to follow the latest solutions related to Google Ads and implement them; Often, SEM will be one of many channels in which your client will conduct activities - on a daily basis, so you will also cooperate with experts from other departments. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF... You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Google Ads gained in an SEO/SEM agency or on the client side - and you will be happy to tell us about your successes and results with examples; You have experience in planning, creating and optimizing various types of campaigns (leads, sales, image, traffic); You have knowledge of using Google Ads and Google Analytics tools; knowledge of other network ecosystems; Knowledge of Facebook Ads preferred; You are certified by Google or other networks; You support technological platforms: Search Ads 360 or similar; You can quickly and efficiently create extensive Google Ads campaign structures; You have the ability to think logically and analytically, you can draw conclusions and give recommendations; You are proficient in using MS Office (Excel – formulas, pivot tables; PowerPoint); You know English at an intermediate level; You are able and like working with people, you are focused on building long-term relationships with clients and cooperating with a team of experts from other departments of the agency, You have initiative, you organize your own work well, you are committed to the assigned tasks, you take responsibility for the results and you are not afraid to solve problems you encounter. problems,; If you have a degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems or similar, this will be an added advantage; If you have a DIMAQ certificate, this will also be an additional advantage.
