- Development and implementation of loyalty program strategies
- Implementation and management of a CRM system for effective interaction with customers
- Segmentation of the customer base and setting up of personalized communications through all available communication channels
- Development and implementation of trigger chains
- Planning and organization of promotions and offers for loyalty program participants
- Conducting and analyzing surveys and research among loyalty program participants NPS, CSI...
What you need to be part of the team:
- Experience in implementing and managing a loyalty program
- Experience in analyzing and segmenting a client database
- Experience in personalized communication with client segments (Couponing, eSputnik , SendPulse, setting up trigger mailings Viber, Telegram, e-mail)
- Know how to achieve cool indicators of such KPIs: loyalty program ROMI, CLV, inflow and outflow of customers, number and average check of loyalty program customers li>
- Ability to effectively manage projects and work in a team
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large databases
- Have a desire to learn and develop together with the company
- Be an open and empathetic person
- Believe in the development of Ukrainian business
We will be waiting for you in the position:
- Analysis of the current loyalty program and new ideas and solutions to increase its effectiveness
Development of new initiatives
Development of the monitor systeming and reporting on key indicators of the loyalty program.
Ensure the collection of feedback from customers of the loyalty program
