In connection withthe expansion of the staff of the new OUTLET store in the Olimpiysky shopping center, invites to join its team Seller-consultant.

What we expect from You:

• Work experience in a similar position and in the field of sales
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients, remember their preferences and individual needs
• Awareness in the field of fashion and knowledge of fashion trends
• The ability to quickly navigate the client's needs and offer the best solutions
• Communicability, ability to work in a team, kindness, decency, honesty (we check with a professional polygraph test!)
• Great recommendations from past employers

What to do:

• Achieve and exceed planned sales and turnover indicators

• Creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages shopping and returning to the store

• Advise our favorite customers on the collections presented in the store

• Help customers in the selection and combination of clothes, shoes, accessories to create a complete look

• Design goods in accordance with the merchandising rules, so that the clothes look attractive and correspond to the concept of the store

• Keep up to date with the products presented on the site and provide advice on the online range

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the trading hall
• Exchange to other stores, if necessary
