SEED Project Officer in ACTED

Our employees are always ready to respond to emergency situations, support and restore sustainable development through 450 projects in 39 countries. FUNCTIONS Contribute to project planning. Support the Project Manager in the development of project implementation strategy, systems, methodologies, approaches, tools, and materials. Support data collection and analysis for needs assessment and identification of target locations. Prepare and ensure availability of necessary documentation for project implementation. Contribute to effective project implementation. Contribute to the identification, assessment, and verification processes for beneficiary selection for activities under the project, including grant distribution, scholarship and training delivery. Participate to and run information / outreach sessions, meetings and other authorities at different levels, together with other project officers , with the support of Project Manager. Contribute to the organization of school outreach campaign. Carry out other duties as requested by the Line Project Manager. Internal and external relationsCollaborate with Acted internal departments such as finance, logistics or compliance, when necessary Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and leverage resources. Represent the organization at relevant meetings and events. Monitoring and evaluation Conduct monitoring visits to partners (together with SEED Partnership officer) and beneficiaries. Coordinate with Appraisal, Monitoring and Evaluation team to ensure all M&E activities are implemented timely and fully. Documentation and reporting Maintain accurate records of project activities and beneficiaries' data. Ensure appropriate record keeping, and transparent financial and logistical processes are properly followed.
