The Security Services department is currently expanding, so we are looking for a Security Systems Engineer.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 1 year of work experience as an engineer / technical support operator, specialist in security systems, video surveillance, alarm or similar roles.
• Knowledge and experience of working with the program Wialon.

• Experience of working with Service Desk systems.
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule (if needed - evening/night shifts, shifts).
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work according to regulations and instructions.

Future responsibilities:

• Processing requests from users, initial diagnosis of security system equipment malfunctions.
• Determining the nature and causes of failure, making a decision on the method of elimination (remote / with the involvement of a contractor / with replacement equipment).
• Organization of replacement of damaged security system equipment by remote means or with the involvement of a subcontractor.
• Diagnostics and minor repair of security system equipment (alarm, video surveillance, LCD, network equipment, etc.).
• Checking the fact that the breakdown has been eliminated by remote means (through software, monitoring) or in a telephone conversation with a responsible person.
• Service and support stable operation of the Ajax centralized control panel.
