Playtech‘s Security unit is looking for an independent Security Project Manager with ability to prioritize tasks, strong interpersonal skills, and experience working in a multicultural environment.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Own security projects activities such as planning, monitoring and controlling end to end (from inception to the post-implementation phase)
• Coordinate project related activities with internal / external teams, vendors and resellers to assure timelines and scope of delivery are maintained
• Assist the project team to collect and maintain project’s documentation, schedules, action items and risks
• Provide visibility by conducting weekly project statuses and submitting reports to the management on progress
• Support overall responsibilities of Project Management and operations (procurement processes, budget management, vendor relations, etc.)

Components for success. You...

• Are 2-3 years experienced project manager/coordinator (or equivalent job responsibilities)
• Know and understand project management best practices (PMI standards preferred)
• Demonstrate outstanding ability to prioritize tasks on due to changing commitments
• Have good people skills and ability to influence others to support delivery

• (Highly preferred) Experience working in a software product company (as Technical Project Manager or a related position)
• Basic understanding in Information Security general domains
• Ability to collect information and data from others and creating sustainable documentation for future reference
• Strong independence capabilities of execution but still being a team player
• Ability to work in multicultural environment
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive), Monday.com

SECURITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM:
We are people of 4 proffesionals. The Security Project Manager is a contributor in Playtech Security group’s project operations and management. The Security Project Manager leads small and intermediate scale projects across the group while supporting the Project Management teams overall responsibilities and developing working relationship with the project stakeholders.

Authorities:

• Security Project Manager has the authority to initiate, plan, define and perform any and all tasks, assignments and processes, described in the “Role and Responsibilities” section of this document, to fulfill the responsibilities associated with CSO / Head of Information Security position.
• The authority of Security Project Manager is sanctioned by Playtech’s Head of Information Security / CSO, and derives from the formal approval of the role definition and establishment process.
