Prevail is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations within the organisation. You will develop and implement security policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.Responsibilities:These are the key responsibilities of the Security Manager:Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization's personnel, assets, and informationConduct regular risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsManage and oversee the functioning of all security systemsMonitor and analyse security breaches or incidents and provide recommendations for improvementLiaise with external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, security consultants, and vendorsConduct regular travel within the country of performance to fixed client delivery sites, ensuring the implementation and constant improvement of security processesRequirementsThe ideal candidate for the Security Manager position should have:Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar roleExtensive knowledge of security principles and best practicesStrong understanding of relevant regulations and standardsExcellent leadership and management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional certifications in security management are highly desirable.
