INTERNATIONAL SECURITY COMPANY "G4S" announces a competition for a vacant positionSecurityleadfor International CorporationKey Responsibilities:· Implement the function's strategy, objectives, plans and budget execution.· Ensure availability and performance of the security systems that control the physical components of security infrastructure, and communications with security systems vendors.· Perform local security, fleet safety risk assessment and executions. Contribute to the production and the maintenance of local security/safety guidelines, procedures, and emergency response plans.· Ensure compliance with internal standards for Transportation security, conduct security audits, assess security compliance of business partners, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.· Ensure that all Corporate or local security & market safety programs, documents, plans and training are duly communicated, remain current and available to local staff.· Gather, process and consolidate all security/safety data including incident reports, audit reports, budget expenditures.Requirements:·Confident user: MS Office, Internet.·Knowledge of legislation of Ukraine, in particular related to Security.·Experience in command roles at an enterprise with a staff of 200 or more employees.·Experience in drafting instructions by line of work.·Experience in inspections and audits.·5+ years in corporate, operational security environment or related area.·Fluency in English, very good written and verbal communications skills.·Experience conducting security risk assessments and security or safety audits, familiarity with supply chain security standards (i.e. TAPA, C-TPAT), OHS training or certifications a plus.·Readiness for business trips.For us, the following are important:·Responsibility,·The ability to work in multitasking mode,·Understanding of International Corporate Culture,·Sociability,·Stress resistance.·Not liable for military service male and female candidates have advantage.Resume preferably with a photo.
