Security Engineer in Provectus

Provectus is a global technology consulting firm and AWS Premier Partner, that designs and builds solutions for industry-specific use cases, leveraging expertise in data, machine learning, and cloud technologies while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Engineer to join our dynamic team.Requirements:4+ years of experience as a Security Systems EngineerExperience in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues, good analytical skillsExperience with Security Log Management tools (syslog-ng, rsyslog, logstash, graylog) and other data and DSPM ( Crowdstrike, Okta, etc)Experience with IDS/IPS solutions (Palo Alto, Snort), Vulnerability Scanners (OpenVAS), Malware, and Endpoint Protection toolsGood understanding of computer networks (VLAN, IP addressing, security zones of trust, etc.)Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, protocols, and incident response strategiesCommand-line experience with Linux-based operating systemsHands-on experience with AWS, CloudFormation, and TerraformScripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Bash, Go, Ruby)Professional security certification would be an assetExcellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics clearly and conciselyAt least an intermediate in spoken and written EnglishResponsibilities:Analyze and respond to software and hardware, network vulnerabilitiesMonitor system logs and events to prevent issuesProduct security assessment and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilitiesDeveloping automatization scripts for pen testingConducting Phishing CampaignsApplication and network testing, reverse engineering, Threat Intelligence, and OSINT)Evaluate security aspects of development processes like CI/CD, secret management, and container securityCollaborate with Platform teams to propose defensive improvements to cloud environmentsAssist in creating security policies, standards, and proceduresStay informed on current security trends, advisories, publications, and academic research Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Не застосовується Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Фінанси і Консалтинг Галузі Фінансові послуги і Лікарні та охорона здоров’я
