We are a software development company. We develop our own iGaming platform and business solutions for all areas of Sportsbook operations worldwide.
We’re expanding and seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to assist us in the development and support of our ISMS.
As a Security Compliance Specialist, your key role will be to manage the process of ISO 27001 audit and certification, as well as the development of our security program. Your objective will be to ensure that our organization’s security practices align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

You will not be alone in this endeavor, as an external audit company will be assisting us. Together, our objective will be to ensure that our organization’s security practices align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements
— Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
— At least 3 years of experience in information security or compliance roles.
— In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS.
— Experience in implementing and managing an Information Security Management System (ISMS), preferably ISO 27001.
— Strong understanding of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
— Proven experience in conducting compliance audits and assessments.
— Experience in managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
— Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
— Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
— English proficiency at the B2 level.

Responsibilities
— Assistance in the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
— Development of security policies and procedures based on compliance requirements and best practices, ensuring their effective implementation across the organization.
— Conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate the organization’s compliance posture and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
— Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on compliance status and security risks.
— Managing communications and tasks with external auditors.
— Assessing the security posture of third-party vendors or partners to ensure compliance with relevant security standards and contractual obligations.
— Processing requests for security compliance from partners and regulatory bodies, adhering to established protocols.
— Providing training and awareness programs to educate employees about security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
— Continuously monitoring changes in regulations, standards, and security threats to update policies and procedures accordingly, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
