Security and Privacy Presales Support Engineer віддалено Member ofthe Information Security &Data Protection Office, acting asaliaison between the Information Security &Data Protection Office and Pre-Sales/ Sales departments and providing pre-sales support from information security, data protection, and privacy perspective inresponding tocustomers’/ prospects’ requests for information and proposals, aswell asinreviewing and commenting oncontractual agreements and relevant documents, alongside the bid team. The Security &Privacy PreSales Support Engineer possesses asolid understanding ofOmilia’s products and services, ofthe company’s information security, data protection, and privacy posture, aswell asofthe applicable security and regulatory compliance requirements, toconsistently assess and validate the level ofassurance within our agreements and/or bidding supporting documentation. Key Accountabilities: Provide support during the proposal submission process from anInformation Security &Privacy perspective Participate and support inresponding toCustomers’/ Prospects’ requests for information (RFIs/ RFPs/ RFQs) asregards Information Security and Privacy matters. Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams, aswell aswith Solution Consultants onproposals, SoWs, and pitches for business, inorder tosupport them inhandling Information Security &Privacy matters. Create and maintain information security, data protection, and privacy documentation related toPreSales, toefficiently complete respective requests; Responsible for storage, retrieval, and revisions ofthis documentation. Support Pre-Sales and Sales teams during their activities from anInformation Security &Privacy perspective. Participates inthe facilitation ofthe security assessment aspart ofthe bidding/contracting process and any respective yearly reassessments. Develop job-related expertise and communication skills Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork bykeeping ISDP colleagues updated onpre-sales activities. Disseminate information toeffectively communicate needs and requirements toPre-sales, toimplement uniformity and knowledge. Act asboth Information Security &Privacy and business consultant. Provide assistance toInformation Security leadership todevelop strategies and plans tointroduce additional security and privacy controls and mechanisms, asrequired byCustomers/ Prospects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree inTechnical Studies, Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, Business, orarelated field. More than 2years ofworking experience inInformation Security, Data Protection, Privacy, Compliance Management, and Information Technology. More than 2years ofworking experience inaPre-Sales domain. Demonstrated experience inwork-related RFP/RFI/RFQ and bidding support processes. Highly knowledgeable ofregulations and security standards such asPCI, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, etc. Comprehensive understanding ofTechnical, Administrative, and Physical controls tosafeguard information security. Strong interpersonal skills and project management skills. Analytical thinking. Strong understanding ofthe Pre-Sales process. Effectively communicate technical issues todiverse audiences, both inwriting and verbally. Work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt toneeded changes. Ability towork under strict deadlines and remain calm under high pressure/difficult situations. Strong skills inwritten and verbal communication inEnglish. Nice tohave: Master’s degree inComputer Science orInformation Security. Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, GRCP).
