What to do as a Security Administration Analystin Credit Administration Department :

• Encumbrance registration measures/ making changes/releasing/re-encumbering collateral in the State Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property, in the following cases:-  implementation of initial issuance/changes under the credit agreement;-  fulfillment by the debtor of obligations under the credit agreement;-  extending the validity period of the encumbrance for subsequent crediting periods;
• Reconciliation of the number of processed applications for obtaining extracts from the State Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property according to the archive of the register and the act of completed works;
• Processing registers of insurance contracts/insurance payments received from accredited insurance companies in the Bank's information system;
• Analysis and control of the Bank's commission income within the framework of mortgage insurance programs;< /li>
• Informing clients of debtors and employees of Departments regarding the expiration of insurance contracts, as well as the arrival of the next insurance payments, in accordance with the terms of credit contracts;
• Monitoring of the timely verification of the availability, state of preservation and revaluation of the market (fair) value of collateral; 
• Organization, ongoing support and analysis of cooperation with expert companies (outsourcers) on issues of reviewing the availability and state of preservation of mortgaged property;
• Preparation of a list of collateral to be reviewed by outsourcing companies;
• Providing information (statements, certificates, registers, etc.) regarding the current status and status of credit debt settlements on the basis of the requests and appeals received;
• Cooperation in matters of credit activities with internal structural divisions of the Department and Bank Branches whose credit matters are served..
