If you’re looking to make a difference in a small but fast-paced company, this is an excellent opportunity with lots of room for growth.Job Summary: The Search & Social PPC Manager manages and coordinates comprehensive online advertising strategies across a variety of search and social PPC platforms, such as but not limited to Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. Campaigns will drive traffic to both DTC and various marketplaces. The manager will direct scaling and management of various campaigns across Mellanni’s advertising accounts while analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximal effectiveness, return on investment, and spearhead reporting. Duties/Responsibilities:Oversee organization-wide online advertising initiatives, including Search Engine Marketing, banner advertising, and social media advertisingOwn the campaign management of Mellanni’s advertising accounts (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, etc.)Assess performance metrics, including project and campaign analytics, efficiency metrics, brand metrics, customer metrics, and overall return on investment for digital marketing initiatives, and make recommendations based on findingsReport advertising effectiveness on a weekly and monthly cadence using data tools such as PowerBI and platform native toolsCoordinate with external partners to achieve digital marketing goalsEnsure all accounts are optimized to performance benchmarks, conducting frequent account optimization to maximize budget: shifting budget, shutting off underperforming campaigns, launching new ad sets, ad creatives, etc.Lead experimentation: owning the development, execution, learnings, and next steps for the paid ads testing roadmapStay informed on the latest updates and features within ads platformsWork with ad account representatives to advocate for participation in beta and alpha tests, as well as account credits and additional testing opportunitiesRecommend new channels to test, providing sound arguments that support the decision to testCommunicate creative insights to help refine the creative testing roadmapConduct regular competitor and trend analysis to help Mellanni stand out in the highly competitive home textiles spacePerform all other duties as assignedQualifications:3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns 3+ years experience owning campaign execution across a variety of paid channels (Meta, Google, SEO, partnerships, programmatic, etc.)Experience scaling campaign budgets into five- and six-figure territoriesProficient in campaign measurement, supervising standard practices, key funnel metrics, and effectively reporting to leadershipProficient with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and audience-building tools and how they fit into paid digital campaignsExperience writing paid social and display ad copy designed to drive resultsProficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other ad platformsEducational and Language Requirements: Upper-Intermediate level of English (verbal and written) is a must Additional Requirements:Must be able to travel and work out of Kyiv Office on a hybrid schedule (min. 3 days per week)Must be able to work EST scheduled hours
