Main tasks: development of a strategy and reputation management plan; search for negative reviews about the company on Internet resources; analysis of the info field and processing of negative comments or reviews; cooperation with the support department; weekly and monthly reports. Requirements for the candidate: knowledge of the English language at the B1+ level; experience in the field of PR/SERM Manager; experience in working with review sites Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews.
