We invite you PERSONNEL SEARCH AND SELECTION MANAGER, RECRUITER Main responsibilities: Supporting the full cycle of personnel selection from receiving a search application to the candidate leaving for work. Vacancy description and publication on job search sites. Initial communication with the candidate, conducting an interview, evaluating the candidate: online or offline. Interaction with the heads of structural units in the process of finding personnel, arranging meetings, providing feedback. Preparation and providing job offers to candidates. Requirements: Work experience of 2 years in recruiting (preferably in retail) Knowledge and skills in applying effective tools for searching for personnel of various levels, not only job sites.
