Our expectations from the candidate: span>
You have 3 years of experience in closing Junior\Middle\Senior vacancies, closed non-technical vacancies;
You know how to search and mix different methodologies for finding candidates and are ready to do it;
You describe vacancies not in general sentences, and so that the candidate understands - it's about him;
When conducting interviews, mix different methodologies for evaluating candidates (STAR, based on competencies, and others);< /span>
Able to analyze the candidate's answers and transmit valuable information to the stakeholder;
You understand the importance of the “candidate experience” and providing timely feedback;
You focus on the result when working on a vacancy;< /p>
Know how to work with objections;
You are driven by constant development and the search for new solutions;
Have skills in working with CRM systems and ATS;
Knowledge of the English language at the B1 level.

Full cycle recruitment process;
li>Search for candidates using various methods, job marketing;
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates by competencies;
Provision of characteristics to the manager, organization of all stages of recruitment;
Formation of Job-offer;
Participation in other projects.
