Higher education: personnel management\ management\ marketing;
Experience from 3 years in closing Junior\Middle\Senior vacancies, closed non-technical vacancies;
Skills in sourcing and mix different methodologies and candidate search technologies;
Candidate evaluation - biographical interview\ by competencies\ STAR;
Understand the importance of “candidate experience” ;
Focus on the result when working on a vacancy;
< span>Skills for working with CRM systems and ATS;
Knowledge of the English language at the A2-B1 level.

Full cycle recruitment process;
li>Analysis of applications for search and recruitment;
Search for candidates using various methods, job marketing;
Conducting interviews and assessing candidates by competencies;
Provision of characteristics to the Hiring manager, organization of all stages of recruitment;
Formation of Job-offer;
Participation in other implementation of projects, implementation of changes in recruiting business processes.
