SDR (Sales Development Representative) - Flint Group

About the role
We at Flint Group are looking for a SDR, which will help scale our outreach and development of lead generation channels.
You will become a key player in building communication with our target audience.
Main tasks
- Manual outreach of our target audience (multi-channel approach)
- Setup and conducting automated campaigns (LinkedIn / multi-channel outreach)
- Conducting separate campaigns during conferences and working with applications and databases of these events
- Supporting the team in developing lead generation channels and researching new tools
- Performing other tasks related to the development of business development and communications
Requirements
- 6-12 months of outreach experience (understanding how LinkedIn and multi-channel chains work)
- Proficiency in tools Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay or their counterparts
- English - from level B1 (for effective communication with foreign contacts)
Will be a big plus
- English B1+ / B2 or higher
- Knowledge of other languages (especially European ones)
- Experience of participating in or preparing for IT / Digital / Marketing conferences
- Experience in digital marketing or IT sales
- Developed soft skills — openness, sociability, the ability to represent the company well at events
