Developing relationships with prospects based onsolution-selling techniques; Communicating with cold leads and converting them into warm leads via handling objections, and follow-ups; Investigate the pain points ofthe target audience for increasing reply/conversion rates; Keep leads’ data up-to-date inthe CRMsystem; Test new tools and approaches inlead generation toincrease conversion rates.
